The Co-CREATE project is committed to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, recognising the importance of these principles to project implementation. Co-CREATE holds that these principles are a crucial concern in SRM research.
To reflect and respond to this, the project is establishing an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Board to monitor and promote these principles within the project. The Board will ensure that the project operates with best practice across these dimensions, and provide recommendations to address gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement arising from existing practices.
Our engagement: The Board will first convene in June 2024 to assess the project’s Gender and other Equality, Diversity, and Inclusivity (GEDI) Plan. This document will help the project implement robust and transparent processes on these matters.
